About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join the Brisbane team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing major accounts and identifying new business opportunities across your designated territory. This position covers the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions, with some monthly regional travel requiring overnight stays.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts
* Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities
* Achieve monthly sales targets across all product categories
* Expand product range usage within existing accounts
* Work closely with supply chain to support accurate forecasting and seamless product availability
* Conduct territory analysis including gross profit, client trends and re-engagement of dormant accounts
* Support brand awareness through execution of national and local promotional activities
* Continue developing your sales capability, product knowledge and customer service skills
* Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Review and discuss monthly performance reports with the C&I Manager
What You Bring
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Proven track record in sales and business development
* Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
* A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* A valid driver's licence
* Background in lubricants, transport, or industrial/marine sectors
