They're building a next-generation platform powered by AI, clean design, and powerful data to help renters, investors, and property managers thrive — and we're helping them find a Data & Analytics Engineer who's ready to make a serious impact.
This is a foundational hire on their Data & Analytics team, with the chance to work across product, engineering, and customer teams to bring powerful insights to life.
About the Role
* Integrate the company's data stack with both mobile and web platforms
* Build meaningful dashboards and reports to support internal teams and external users
* Develop AI-powered insights that elevate the end-user experience
* Take ownership of data tooling and help shape the future of analytics in the business
It's an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded engineer who's equally passionate about clean code, great data models, and building high-impact, scalable products.
What the Stack Looks Like
While we're open to a range of backgrounds, experience or strong interest in the following will be helpful:
* Cloud: AWS
* Databases: PostgreSQL, Redshift (or other modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake)
* Version control: Git
* CI/CD: Buildkite or similar
What You'll Bring
* A strong engineering background with commercial software development experience
* Proficiency across multiple languages, and a love of learning new ones
* Deep SQL and data modelling skills
* A passion for solving complex problems through data-driven thinking
* A bias for clean, production-ready solutions built with scalability in mind
* Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to work in a low-ego, high-impact team
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
