We are seeking an enthusiastic admin staff member to join our team coordinating building repair works.
About the role
* Assisting customers in the coordination of building repairs.
* Ensuring all projects are successfully managed to company and client expectations.
* Remain as a point of contact for our clients, their customers and sub-contractors.
* Engage and manage allocation of works to an approved panel of sub-contractors.
About you:
* Open to learning new processes and systems.
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills.
* Positive, can do attitude.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment.
* Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
* Excellent customer service skills.
Previous office experience is a must. We'll teach you the rest.
