We are seeking an enthusiastic admin staff member to join our team coordinating building repair works.
About the role
Assisting customers in the coordination of building repairs.
Ensuring all projects are successfully managed to company and client expectations.
Remain as a point of contact for our clients, their customers and sub-contractors.
Engage and manage allocation of works to an approved panel of sub-contractors.
About you:
Open to learning new processes and systems.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment.
Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
Previous office experience is a must. We'll teach you the rest.
