We are seeking a agile individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager. This role is focused on driving new business initiatives within a vibrant network. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships and implementing strategies to create sales opportunities.

Base pay range: A$95,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Understand market trends and competitive offerings.
- Present products and services effectively to maximise engagement and profitability.
- Negotiate agreements to optimise outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a business development role preferably within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
