Known for your problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and strong communication skills, you thrive in environments where collaboration, technical innovation, and resource management are critical.***What You'll Do*** **In the role of** **Systems Engineer: Shared Space Capabilities Integration,** **your duties will include:*** Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.* Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.* Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.* Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.* Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.* Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.* Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.* Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.* Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.**Requirements:*** Must be a US or Australian citizen* Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.* Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.* Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)* Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.* Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.* Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.* Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.* Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.This role will be located in Alice Springs. *This position is expected to be onsite 100%.*If you're excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
