Revenue Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly analytical Revenue Management Specialist to join our Pre-Opening Team in Vietnam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to optimize financial performance and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in revenue management principles and practices is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop all pre-opening tasks and strategies in collaboration with senior team members.
* Be familiar with revenue management systems and ensure data quality and system hygiene.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
* Create accurate revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for incremental profit across all revenue centers.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
