Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your strong administrative and organisational skills within a supportive and professional office environment.
About the Role:
* Full-time hours, working onsite in Robina
* Temporary contract for approx. 2 months
* Commencing Monday, 1st September
* Provide high-level administrative support across a busy office
* Assist with scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and general administration tasks
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders in a professional manner
About You:
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a professional office environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Available to commence immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract
