As a Wardsperson, you'll be the link between care and comfort— transporting patients with compassion, handling essential equipment and supplies, and supporting nursing teams with precision and care. From lifting and positioning patients using specialized techniques to managing spills, waste, and oxygen supplies, your work ensures safety, dignity, and efficiency across the ward. Are You the Right Fit? The ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate the following:

* Able to work effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure hospital environment.
* Calm and professional when dealing with challenging behaviours or situations.
* Compassionate and patient‐focused, with a strong commitment to dignity and respectful care.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* Describe your experience delivering general hospital services such as portering, cleaning, and working independently. How have you demonstrated effective communication and time management skills in a healthcare setting?
