About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for delivering high-performance systems and strategic initiatives.
The talent register is an online portal that allows individuals to register their interest in fixed term, full-time and part-time opportunities up to twelve (12) months for a range of key positions across various departments.
Our team ensures high performance by giving senior leaders visibility into system performance and improvements. We achieve this by delivering strategic projects, collecting and analysing data, and reporting on performance metrics.
We research the viability of concepts and develop recommendations that guide strategic development to business improvement and transformational initiatives, preparing the Department for the future.
Our team drives and provides oversight of responses and initiatives that facilitate the delivery of the Department's strategic intent; using project management methodologies to underpin collaboration, standardisation and the on time, on-budget delivery of key project metrics.
Business Intelligence has responsibility for the Department's strategy, including the continuous improvement and maturity of data collection, storage and analysis to enable executive dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decision making and to mitigate key enterprise risks.
