About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience who can take charge of our digital strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot for CRM management, automations, email marketing, and reporting.
This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, proactive, and eager to have a real impact within a fast-moving company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies (lead generation, nurturing, brand awareness, funnel optimisation).
* Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
* Build, manage, and improve CRM workflows, email sequences, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
* Oversee content creation across web, landing pages, blogs, email, and social media.
* Conduct A/B tests, analyse campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
* Manage website updates, SEO, and CRO to maximise lead conversion.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
* Track ROI, prepare weekly & monthly performance reports, and communicate insights clearly.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing roles.
* Strong HubSpot experience (automation, CRM management, reporting, email marketing essential).
* Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving campaign performance.
* Experience managing budgets for paid advertising campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
* Strong copywriting and content development skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience in the construction, trades, or professional services industries.
* Experience working in a small or scaling business.
* Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite).
* Familiarity with marketing automation beyond HubSpot.
