What you'll be doing
* Assisting the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking and presentation and people management.
* Following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistent high-quality dishes.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area.
* Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers.
* Developing your skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
What we're looking for
* Completed certificate or diploma in commercial cookery or equivalent culinary training.
* Some previous experience in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace, preferably in a Chef De Partie or similar senior role.
* Strong focus on food safety and hygiene.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes.
* Enthusiasm to learn and develop your culinary abilities.

Pay: $69,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
