About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the branch to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Supporting the agronomy and livestock teams, ensuring a seamless service to their customers leading to increased growth
Expert team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
Responsibilities
* Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
* Employee management
* Manage and implement continuous improvement
* Manage budget and allocate funds properly for branch
* Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
* Assist in day to day operations requirements
* Sales and marketing activities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients,
* Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
