We have a rare opportunity for a nurturing, dedicated professional to join our team.
We are seeking an Educator with skills and an interest in leadership and nurturing our youngest humans. Early Childhood Teacher qualifications or experienced Diploma should apply.
Full-time/part-time hours possible commencing on Monday 23rd February 2026. This position will initially be a 12 month leave cover which has the possibility for extension/permanent contract.

o Community-based, not-for-profit centre with a maximum of 46 children across 3 rooms each day.

Essential criteria:
v Employee cleared NSW Working with Children Check
v Ability to adhere to regulations/child safe standards/policies/procedures and commitment to continual quality improvement
v Confidence in room leadership role and working as part of the centre leadership team
v Great skills in teamwork and collaboration
v Commitment to developing positive relationships with the team, children, families and community
v Skills in computer and online programming platforms (or willingness to learn)
v Deep understanding of the EYLF v2 and ability to engage and communicate the planning cycle for children's learning
v Interest in the natural environment and Bush Kinder programs
