Job Title: ICT Service Desk Agent
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an ICT Service Desk Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality assistance to users through incoming calls, service tickets, and other communication channels.
As the first point of contact for all ICT-related enquiries, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's ICT operations. Your duties will include accurately diagnosing and resolving first-level technical issues and escalating more complex matters to specialised Officers as needed.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a Certificate IV or similar certification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.

Requirements:
