This role will be offering a salary of up to $70k + super,depending on experience.
Your current role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad range ofadministrative tasks including:
- Generaloffice administration and reception duties
- Managingincoming calls and directing enquiries
- Coordinatingweekly payroll data for outsourced processing
- Supportinginternal teams with documentation and scheduling
- Handlinggeneral finance tasks including invoicing, banking, and reconciliations
- Assistingwith client follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and yourexceptional attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will:
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; Attache experience is a bonus
- Strongcommunication skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellentphone manner and ability to multitask
