Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for a true industry leader to manage their personal injury management advisory teams and specialist.

- Salary range of $145K - $170K + 15% bonuses

**You will;** 
- Manage and develop 4 direct reports and 15 indirect reports 
- Manage all the relationships between the external providers including rehab providers and independent medical providers 
- Analyze medical and rehabilitation expenditure to ensure targets are met 
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the claims management and injury management 
- Provide strategic claims management advice and report on trends
**They will love your background in;** 
- People management experience in injury management, workers compensation claims management or rehabilitation consulting 
- Strong understanding of the NSW workers compensation legislation 
- Highly developed stakeholder management and negotiation skills 
- Allied health qualifications would be highly regarded
