Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Deception Bay, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or studying towards for ECT
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) for Educational Leader
* A current and valid Working with Children Check
* A Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
* Experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
* An ability to interpret curriculum documents
* Effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities – 2nd Early Childhood Teacher
* Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten program.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
Key Role Responsibilities – Educational Leader
* Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
