The role of Senior Mechanical Engineer is a hands-on position where you will contribute to the design and manufacture of critical components for prototype and experimental systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting R&D activities through mechanical engineering design and drafting
* Managing and coordinating component fabrication and acceptance
* Maintaining engineering management tools and documentation
* Collaborating closely with engineers, drafters, and technicians
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Proficiency in multiple CAD packages, with NX being highly desirable
* Skill in producing detailed manufacturing drawings
* Ability to perform finite element analysis (FEA) and structural analysis
