Site Operations Leader: Safety, Service
A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at the Queanbeyan and Nowra sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure service quality by managing and overseeing site operations, including day-to-day activities and long-term strategies.
* Manage a high-performing team to drive operational improvements, enhance productivity, and maintain a culture of excellence.
* Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, leadership roles, or similar positions.
* Proven track record of success in managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve goals and objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and employees.
* Necessary licenses and certifications, as well as the right to work in Australia.
