We're looking for a friendly, experienced Casual Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming Helensvale team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great first impressions, thrives in a busy environment, and can offer flexible availability across all days with weekends being the primary shifts required

About the Role
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll help create a seamless, positive experience for every patient. Your responsibilities include:
* Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
* Phone and appointment management
* Processing payments and health fund claims
* Coordinating schedules and supporting daily operations
* Providing exceptional service in person and over the phone
What You'll Bring
* Experience in dental or medical reception (dental preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using practice software and computer systems
