Overview
This is a newly created role in a profitable, Australian-owned consumer goods business with a portfolio of household-name brands!
You'll take ownership of ecommerce and digital across multiple sites and teams and build a clear roadmap that moves quickly. You'll have direct access to leadership, fast decision-making, and the mandate to keep pushing the growth runway.
What you'll be responsible for
You'll lead ecommerce and digital performance across two key divisions, making sure the work is joined up, commercially focused and executed at pace.
This role will:
* set a clear ecommerce and digital roadmap, then drive execution without overcooking the planning phase
* unify capability across teams that currently sit in different parts of the business, improving consistency and leverage
* manage agency relationships across paid and SEO, setting direction, holding performance standards, and keeping everyone honest
* drive trading outcomes across conversion, AOV, onsite experience, merchandising and range presentation
* lead the shift in CRM capability as the business moves into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strengthening lifecycle and retention
* bring discipline to reporting and performance markers, using data to make decisions and prioritise work
* balance resources across multiple sites and competing priorities, making calls and moving things forward

Comfortable working across acquisition, onsite, lifecycle and analytics.

It is essential you have owned ecommerce for physical products (not services or lead generation).
Ideal experience
* Been responsible for trading performance – conversion, AOV, onsite experience and revenue
* Managed paid media and SEO via agencies, with real budget responsibility
* Worked across multiple ecommerce sites or brands at the same time
