What You'll Be Doing
* Building high‑quality tiny homes (Class 1A) inside our Caboolture facility
* Framing, flooring, internal fitouts, decks, feature walls, cabinetry‑style detail
* Working closely with our designers & builders to bring custom homes to life
* Following build plans, problem‑solving, and maintaining high workmanship standards
* Optional mentoring of junior team members if that's your thing
Required Criteria
* Construction White Card
* Current Public Liability Insurance
* Current Workers' Compensation Insurance (We check these prior to onboarding.)
What We're Looking For
* Experienced carpenters, builders or fitout specialists
* High attention to detail — no shortcuts
* Ability to read plans and work independently
* Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in their finish
Pay & Perks
$65–$75 per hour (based on experience)
PLUS potential for higher rates depending on skill, speed & finish
Monday–Friday work + optional Saturdays
Consistent workflow — no weather delays
