Volunteering is an important part of playgroup that benefits the families that attend and is a great way to strengthen connections with the local community. The Playgroup is for children aged 0–4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker. We provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child's life and prepare them for school.
Responsibilities
* Assist playgroup leader
* Assist with sign in and attendee feedback
* Help serving of morning tea and kitchen tidy/clean
* Assist set up and pack down
* Sing songs, or play music
* Start a reading corner
* Readily share your knowledge
* Partake in some nature play, and most importantly have some fun

2 to 3 hours each session. Either a Monday or Tuesday during school terms; 9am to 1pm preferred.
