Job Role Summary:
As an experienced Allocator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the efficient movement of containers between the yard, terminal, and road operations at Fisherman's Island in QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the inhouse ITV driver team.
* Plan and schedule container movements, including stack runs, imports, and exports.
* Lead and support driver productivity to meet service level requirements.
* Ensure compliance with CoR, NHVR, fatigue management, and all safety regulations.
* Allocate equipment and plan jobs based on load and weight requirements.
* Promote a strong safety culture within the organization, ensuring adherence to company and legislative HSE standards.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in transport or logistics-related roles.
* Proven experience in driver allocation, data entry, and customer service.
* Solid understanding of transport systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and professional responses.
* Sound knowledge of truck and trailer combinations and operational requirements.
* High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
