Experienced Caravan Technician
We are seeking a skilled caravan technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in repairing and maintaining caravans, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Oversee daily workshop activities
* Work collaboratively with technicians and tradespeople
* Maintain high-quality work standards and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely. They will also play a key role in managing workflow, quality control, and safety standards within the workshop.
* Manage and coordinate a team of 10 technicians to complete jobs on time, within budget, and to the required standard
* Maintain workshop efficiency and foster a productive work environment
* Support business owners and service advisors in liaison with customers
* Ensure a safe work environment and proper use of equipment
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, think on their feet, and prioritise tasks effectively.
