Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support the execution of performance marketing initiatives across Email, Social, and SEM channels.
This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Online Content Manager to drive channel performance, coordinate campaigns, and deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns including building, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
* Support campaign setup and optimisation across paid search (SEM), paid social, display advertising and affiliate marketing.
* Coordinate asset delivery and copy for paid media in collaboration with the creative team.
* Liaise with external media and performance agencies to support campaign execution and optimisation.
* Monitor campaign performance and support in compiling weekly and monthly reports.
* Schedule and post organic social content across key platforms.
* Plan and execute social campaigns aligned to brand and marketing objectives.
* Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
* Contribute to community management and engagement as required.
* Capture and analyse content performance data to inform future planning.
* Collaborate on landing page creation and optimisation to align with campaign goals and seasonal strategies.
* Support SEO efforts by implementing keywords, updating metadata, and optimising content.
* Analyse customer journeys and provide insights to enhance site experience and improve conversion.
* Compile regular performance reports across email, social, and SEM.
* Participate in campaign retrospectives and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, agency or client-side.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms.
* Basic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Canva for resizing and editing creative assets.
* Understanding of key digital marketing metrics and reporting principles.
* Experience liaising with external agency partners or third-party vendors.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
