We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
Project Manager
to lead regional and remote projects, drive project growth, and ensure organisational excellence. This is a senior leadership position, it requires a
strong foundation in project management
and a willingness to stay actively involved in key initiatives from planning through execution.
What You'll Do
* Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
* Drive business growth, performance, and operational efficiency
* Oversee cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
* Direct and actively manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery
* Implement project management best practices, tools, and governance
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
* Report to executive leadership on performance and project milestones
* Planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects across Alice Springs and remote NT communities.
* Travelling to remote sites as required by programme, site conditions and delivery priorities.
* Managing subcontractors, sequencing, materials and site activity to ensure safe, timely and reliable outcomes.
* Maintaining control of programme, cost awareness and reporting, with early escalation of risks and constraints.
* Working closely with Directors and senior site leaders to reduce reactive escalation through calm, disciplined delivery.
What We're Looking For
* A Project Manager or strong delivery-focused operator who is comfortable being site-present and hands-on.
* Someone genuinely able and willing to travel regularly to remote communities as part of normal work.
* A candidate based in Aice Springs or prepared to relocate at their own cost. FIFO is not available.
* A practical, organised and resilient operator who communicates early and delivers consistently.
