- We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative with proven customer service experience to join their online retail team. You'll receive above award pay rates, a generous discount on products and be supported as you grow your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Completing customer concerns/requests.
- Opening and resolving disputes within the appropriate time frame and within Australian Consumer Law
- Provide a first-class experience to all customers
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity of data and compliance
Key Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for customer sales
- Handling online and telephone customer inquiries
- Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with other members of the online team to resolve customer issues
- General administrative tasks as required
- You must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Previous Customer Service experience in retail or sales
- An ability to learn multiple systems quickly (training will be provided)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday
