Organic Content & Social Growth Lead
to take full ownership of our organic presence across SnapWireless and our founders' personal channels.
This is a
marketing-first role
, focused on driving organic growth through consistent, platform-native content. You'll plan, shoot, publish, and lead organic content end-to-end

SnapWireless launched in 2017 to disrupt boring tech accessories with beautifully designed wireless charging gear. We've sold to 300,000+ happy customers have global infrastructures set up for scaling internationally. Our small but mighty team is based in Brooklyn Park, Adelaide, and we're known for our creativity, fast pace, and sharp product design.
We're building a brand with real momentum, and this role is a core part of that mission.
About the Role
As the Organic Content & Social Growth Lead, you'll be responsible for driving organic growth across the SnapWireless social channels as well as the founders personal channels.
This role prioritises
speed, consistency, creativity and growth
over high-production polish. You'll lead organic strategy, manage day-to-day posting, plan and drive founder-led content, and ensure organic content supports launches and campaigns.
You'll also lead organic content workflows, including managing offshore editors and setting direction for high-production creators when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and execute organic content strategy across social channels
* Build and manage the organic content calendar & drive consistent posting cadence daily
* Plan, script, and lead founder-led content so it runs without founder dependency
* Film organic content using lightweight setups (iPhone, Osmo Pocket, etc.) - Bonus if you have experience with high-production cameras/gear
* Lead and manage offshore editors, including briefing, feedback, and quality control
* Support organic content for product launches, sales, and campaigns
* Track performance and continuously refine content direction
* Collaborate internal paid marketing and content team.
About You
You're someone who understands organic content
from a growth perspective
, not just a creative one.
You're comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and driving output without constant direction. You know what works organically, how to test ideas quickly, and how to turn everyday business moments into content people actually want to watch.
You understand the power of story telling and how to grab attention and hold it. You're comfortable behind the camera and you understand how content performs across platforms and how to tailor for each.
Your skillset likely includes:
* Experience in
short-form video creation
for social media and eCommerce
* Experience filming & capture vlog content
* Eye for lighting, sound, and framing
* Solid understanding of digital trends and platform nuances
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Strong experience growing organic social channels
* A marketing-first mindset (hooks, retention, series-based content)
* Experience managing editors or creative workflows
* Bonus: Experience working with high-production cameras/gear
