Family owned builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. They are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team and manage all sales processes across the Orange, Parkes & Forbes regions.
Responsibilities
- Identifying customers' needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building and design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Conducting market research to provide an understanding of the housing industry
About You
- A driven sales professional with a passion for customer service
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans is a plus
- Ability to build great relationships
- Valuable knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $70k + super + car allowance and a competitive commission structure. OTE over $250K.
