About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Synergy Creation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-priority projects and overseeing department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Business Partnering: Act as an administrative business partner to senior leaders by optimizing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing invoices and expenses.
2. Leadership Operations Management: Drive agendas, optimize cadences, and prepare data-driven insights to support key business decisions.
3. Strategic Planning and Communications: Take ownership of strategic planning and internal communications processes, including company OKRs, performance metric reporting, and facilitating company offsites and all-hands meetings.
4. Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
5. Operational Metrics and Reporting: Develop and implement systems for tracking operational performance and business KPIs.
6. Ad Hoc Support: Provide support for ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
