Our growing team of volunteers contributes significantly to our impact as a charity, regardless of their department or level of time commitment.Our servicesPrimarily, we offer a peer-support network to young people across the UK, enabling them to access a peer mentor of a similar age who they feel comfortable speaking with.If successful, you will join a diverse, likeminded team collaborating to expand the charity's reach and improve support for young people. All our volunteers and employees are remote workers, but we maintain a strong, positive culture through regular communication.About the roleFollowing the successful implementation of our services at a national level in the UK, we now aim to expand internationally. This exciting Project Manager role will lead a project to enable Teenage Helpline to deliver its services to young people across Australia.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the CEO, understanding and translating the charity's objectives to the needs of young people in Australia.Develop guidance for establishing an Australian subsidiary.Build a project team to gather essential information for the transition.Manage a structured change process to ensure effective implementation.SkillsUnderstanding of Australian charity structures and regulations.Experience in delivering large-scale projects from scoping to implementation.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.Ability to work independently and remotely, connecting with overseas teams.Our mission is to grow into one of the UK's leading charities by building a diverse team with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
