Electrical Site Supervisor

The Opportunity
We are seeking a safety‑ and quality‑conscious Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. The position requires regular overtime (currently 11‑hour days Monday‑Friday and 8‑hour days Saturday).
Responsibilities
* Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings.
* Report project status, including forecast outcomes relative to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
* Maintain records of work‑in‑progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
* Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
* Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.
About You
* Experienced leading a team composed of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices and non‑trades people on industrial sites.
* Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
* The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.
* Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long‑term client relationships.
* Enjoy problem‑solving.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
* Quality Management experience.
* Budget management experience.
* Heavy Industrial Experience essential.
* Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
Successful Candidate Qualifications
* Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
* Current QLD Electrical Licence
* High risk work licence with WP Class
* Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
* LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months
* White Construction Card
* C Class Drivers Licence
* Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
