Job Title: National Operations Coordinator

The Role
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Support Office and Corporate Venue roles.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
* Manage compliance requirements and maintain accurate recruitment data.
You'll also be responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding process, tracking employee experience, and providing day-to-day assistance to the Operations team.
In addition, you'll support the leadership team with diary management, travel bookings, and expense reporting. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Support Office and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
* Proven recruitment & HR experience (end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compliance).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with everyone from candidates to senior leaders.
* Highly organized multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
* Tech savvy with systems like MS Office, TANDA, Humanforce, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
* A natural problem-solver with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
