**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a **qualified Mechanical (HVAC or Plumbing) Supervisor** to join our Delta FM QLD team. You will work with our committed Delta FM maintenance team at the **Queensland Children's Hospital** maintaining a variety of mechanical systems within a complex environment. You'll have oversight of several critical services including Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Building Maintenance Systems, Steam, Sterilisation Equipment, Medical Gas and Refrigeration.
**Key duties**
- Managing & tracking works orders through the site computerised maintenance
- Working with the Maintenance Planner to drive asset maintenance best practice and improve processes and job flow
- Understanding and analysing a BMS system
- Liaise with clients in terms of completion of works and future works, including scoping and quoting for minor works
- Monitor and track KPI's
- Drive WHS compliance and best practice, ensuring that staff are familiar with WHS requirements and following safe work practices. We are a team that values and prioritises safety.
**The Person**
- Trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or Plumber
- Strong service experience within the HVAC or Plumbing industry
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Experience with leading a team as a supervisor or team leader
- QFM experience or other CMMS systems are highly desirable
- BMS monitoring and diagnostic experience is highly desirable
