* Model active support practices that promote choice, participation, and independence
* Coordinate daily routines, appointments, and activities aligned with participant goals
* Maintain clear communication with participants, families, and colleagues
* Oversee documentation, shift notes, and incident reporting
* Ensure Behaviour Support Plans and individual support plans are followed consistently
* Monitor staff compliance with training, certifications, and organisational procedures
What you'll bring
* Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker, with confidence leading or mentoring others
* Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred active support
* Professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Current (or ability to obtain) Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR, NT Driver's Licence, and influenza vaccination
