About The Role
As a Sales Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting BYD's Energy Storage and New Battery Division. You will be responsible for driving business growth in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector by developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with technical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on-site management of energy storage projects, taking ownership of commissioning and final acceptance.
* Develop and execute site service plans, ensuring timely completion of commissioning, grid connection, handover, and training.
* Identify, document, and resolve on-site technical issues, including post-installation support and data review.
* Coordinate with sales, customers, technical teams, and site personnel to address commissioning challenges.
* Liaise with internal teams (project management, production, quality, and after-sales) to resolve site issues and ensure smooth delivery.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in energy storage project management, preferably with overseas project exposure.
* Proven experience in full project lifecycle delivery, from commissioning to commercial handover.
* PMP certification is preferred.
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); willingness to travel and work overseas as required.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a team environment.
