**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Corporate/Concierge Security Officer to work within a high profile State Government Contract. You will be responsible for the safety of staff, visitors, contractors and the general public with a strong focus on customer service.
The role is primarily based in Geelong. An attractive roster is on offer, working between Monday to Friday with additional ad hoc overtime shifts available.
Site allowance of $120/week
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as the primary response to any security related incidents and escalate matters to Management or Police as required
- Concierge duties such as greeting and directing clients
- Provide excellent customer service
- Administration of the site Access Control including managing access cards
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public
- Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents
- Conduct internal area safety and security patrols
- Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
- Maintain electronic site log books and complete initial security reports as required
- Observe, practice and implement OHS practices
**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS**:
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia
- Previous experience in a concierge role will be highly regarded
- Customer Service experience a must
- Professional presentation and grooming
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Physically fit
- Exceptional work ethic and attendance
