About you: In your new role you will * Liaise with patients and their families, other health professionals, supervisors, researchers and students as required to ensure continuum of care. * Lead the provision of specialised clinical pharmacy services to nominated clinical units, exercising advanced clinical judgement and strategic leadership within a multidisciplinary environment, acknowledged for excellence at the service level. * Provide high level/expert clinical advice and act as a single point of contact to Clinical and/or Service Directors in managing, leading and developing pharmacy services to support their clinical and operational needs, as appropriate.
