WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while ensuring exceptional service delivery across all landlord and tenant interactions.
You will:
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors daily
* Conduct routine inspections, ingoings, and outgoings
* Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
* Manage lease renewals, arrears, and tenant communications
* Handle NCAT preparation and attendance where required
* Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
* Work closely with leasing and administration teams
* Deliver proactive and professional customer service
* Minimum 2+ years of experience within residential property management
* Certificate of Registration, Class 2, or Class 1 Licence (NSW)
* Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
* Ability to manage a busy portfolio autonomously
* Strong organisational and time management capability
* Professional presentation and client service mindset
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Experience using PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Inspection Express, or similar CRM systems
* Previous experience in high-volume portfolio management
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* Strong local market knowledge
