Bindi Enterprises is an innovative social enterprise providing supported employment and training opportunities for people with disability.
We are on the hunt for an Administration and Gallery Support to assist in the daily operations at Bindi Enterprises.
* Alice Spring Location
* Part Time – 30 hours per week
In this role your day-to-day activities could include:
* Maintain knowledge of artist's work, artist's stories
* Greet art gallery customers and manage sales and transactions
* Manage handling of freight of art sales to customers
* Maintenance of display material and price list
* Attend to all phone, email and face to face queries in a courteous and helpful manner
* Complete meeting minutes, filing, stationary re-stocking and invoicing

* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite
* Personal integrity and respect for confidential information
* Be proactive and take initiative while being organised and methodical in your approach
* Ability to work independently and within a small cohesive team
* Excellent time management skills
* An awareness and understanding of cultural protocols for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
* Sensitivity and awareness of working with people who have a disability
