ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
1. Hiring and training new staff
2. Office and admin duties including financials
3. Stock and ordering
4. Shift management
5. Reporting to owners/directors
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
1. Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands-on
2. A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
3. A positive 'can do' attitude
4. Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
5. Experienced restaurant management: 2 years minimum (preferred)
