 
        
        As a Support Professional, you will provide comprehensive assistance to individuals with disabilities and/or aged care needs in a respectful and person-centered manner.
Main Responsibilities
 * Offer daily living support including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
 * Facilitate medication management, transportation, and social activities to enhance client well-being.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers to ensure holistic support.
 * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve client goals and outcomes.
 * Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
 * Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification is essential.
 * A valid NDIS clearance and Working with Children check are mandatory.
 * A current Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
