Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Operation and maintenance of Vocus Networks and facilities.
* Managing wholesale and retail service provider customer interactions.
* Monitoring, logging, diagnosing, and resolving tickets.
* Meeting KPI/OLA and service level requirements.
* Working in a 24/7 rotating shift roster.
* Resolving technical issues in a Tier 2 environment.
* Supporting team management during outages.
* Promoting a culture of inclusion and open communication.
* Collaborating with field teams to meet customer needs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of telecoms operational environment and IT.
* A degree in Computer Networking Engineering.
* Ability to work independently and manage relationships.
* Skills to prioritize workload in a complex environment.
* Capability to manage fluctuating workloads and meet deadlines.
* Dynamic response to strategic and tactical management needs.
* Australian citizenship for NV1 Baseline Clearance.
