Working at our Mulwala site, Yorta Yorta land, your role purpose is to:
* Lead and mentor Maintenance Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.
* Drive HSE compliance and asset‐management best practices.
* Coordinate maintenance services to meet production and contractual goals.
* Optimise resources for predictive and preventive maintenance.
* Manage CMMS utilisation and controls, preferably MAXIMO.
* Oversee contractors and site services including Landcare & Fire Protection.
* Champion continuous improvement and industry best practices.
* Participate in audits, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
On day one in this role, we expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:
* Solid maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
* Expertise in preventative maintenance and supervising trades personnel.
* Proven leadership with change‐management skills.
* Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and CMMS (MAXIMO preferred).
* Familiarity with RCA, RCM, FMEA and comprehensive safety management (JSEAs, SWMS, Hazop).
* Experience in petrochemical, explosives, or chemical manufacturing industries.
* Project‐management capabilities.
* Electrical hazardous‐area experience is an advantage.
* Minimum trade qualification; higher qualifications a plus.
* Availability to work site‐based.
