The Account Executive (MRI Living) builds strong client advocacy for the MRI brand, reduces customer attrition through consistent and proactive engagement, and drives revenue growth within existing accounts. This includes promoting new features, identifying partner integrations, and uncovering cloud‑migration opportunities.

This role is ideal for dynamic sales professionals who use a consultative selling approach to expand MRI's footprint within existing client portfolios.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Relationship Management

* Act as a solutions expert supporting customers with their business challenges and strategic priorities.
* Maintain strong client relationships through regular online and face‑to‑face interactions.
* Conduct client meetings and represent MRI at industry conferences and trade shows.
* Deliver compelling presentations and support product demonstrations.


Sales Strategy & Execution

* Achieve and exceed your sales and retention quotas
* Design tailored account strategies to achieve short and long‑term sales goals.
* Drive whitespace opportunities within assigned accounts and identify cross‑sell and upsell pathways.
* Develop integrated sales strategies in collaboration with other business units.
* Conduct outbound call campaigns to support net-new and expansion opportunities in your given territory.
* Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and contracting.


Sales Operations & Reporting

* Facilitate sales administration processes using Salesforce (SFDC).
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and record‑keeping.
* Understand MRI's market position and communicate product differentiators effectively.
* Support the broader sales team by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices.
* Represent MRI at trade association events to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements

* 2+ years of strategic sales or account management experience in software or similar industries.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred.
* Proven track record of building value-add relationships and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (not required).
* Salesforce experience preferred (not required).
