**Positions open**:
The Overnight Guest Service Agent is the first point of welcome for all arrival guests and the last point of farewell upon departure. This positions assist arrival and departure guests with the smooth transfer of luggage, packages and the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in line with established processes. They keep a watchful eye and liaise with the overnight ensuring the hotel continues to run smoothly while safety and security is upheld.
**Talent Profile**
- Full Drivers license
- Amenable to work overnight shift
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Basic computer skills
- Good spoken English
- Valid working rights in Australia
