Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Ecommerce Assistant in our organization. As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will support the execution of online sales strategies, coordinate product listings, and enhance customer experience at every stage of the ecommerce operation.
This position will work closely with the manager to develop and execute online sales and promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversion online. You will also be responsible for monitoring and updating website content, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a user-friendly design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement online strategies: Support the manager in the development and execution of online sales and promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversion online.
* Channel portfolio optimization: Support the manager in accelerating GMV and optimizing traffic driving investments across DTC channel, marketplaces, and Amazon.
* Coordinate product listings: Coordinate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, are accurate and appealing on Magento and Amazon.
* Customer support: Address customer inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team to resolve issues, providing timely resolution and communication to ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Website maintenance: Monitor and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly design.
* Web performance analysis: Monitor and report on performance using analytics. Generate traffic reports and conversion analysis. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and enhance user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business with major studies in e-commerce, marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience: 2 years' experience in ecommerce or digital marketing is advantageous, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies and ecommerce levers.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
* Reliable and have good organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and have great attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven thought process.
* Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Microsoft Office, particularly minimum intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and creative flair.
