Teamlink is an AI-driven SaaS platform that digitizes workflows and enhances transparency for all parties in the real estate ecosystem, simplifying the property selling and buying process.
We are looking for a Channel Sales Specialist who works closely with channel agencies under the support of the Teamlink platform.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing channel agencies
* Understand channel agencies' needs and work closely with them daily
* Act as a bridge for communication between channel agencies and related internal/external parties
* Database management and agency events preparation
* Organise regular training/seminars with channel agencies
* Provide insight and advice to existing and future channel agencies regarding business practices and new projects
* Conduct regular reviews on the performance of channel agencies
* Source new business opportunities – cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events
* Seek further opportunities through rapport building and strong partner relationships
* Complete all necessary documentation for signing up new businesses
* Work with the IT team to onboard channel agencies to the Teamlink platform
Qualifications & Requirements
* 2+ years in Real Estate and/or related experience
* Area expertise – good knowledge of metropolitan Sydney
* Good knowledge of IT is highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Outstanding telephone manner and time management
* Meticulous attention to detail and accountability
* Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
* Well-presented
* Innovative thinker with a forward-thinking approach
* Valid driver's licence
This role would suit a self-motivated person with a "can-do" attitude.
