We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team in our Melbourne office. In this role, you will support the efficient, effective, compliant and customer focused day to day operations of Stockland's Halcyon land lease communities (LLC) Contract Services team.
**About the Role**
The Contract Services team supports Stockland's growing Halcyon LLC business. In this role, you will:
- For a portfolio of LLC Communities:
- Work with sales team to prepare and arrange execution of customer sale contracts.
- Manage contracts from execution through to settlement. This includes management of critical dates, cancellations, extensions, rescissions, preparations and organising settlement and accurate recording within CRM systems.
- Participate in the implementation of 'Release to Settle' improvement initiatives, including to stay at the forefront of digital ways of working.
- Attend training for and comply with Stockland policies and procedures, including legal escalation, privacy, and document storage.
- Embrace a customer-centric mentality when corresponding with customers or their legal representatives, and a collaborative approach to working with the team and other business stakeholders.
**About You**
- If you have experience with LLC conveyancing, Salesforce, or DocuSign this will be highly regarded.
- You will need to be able to work with a team, have high attention to detail and be organised.
